Seattle Family and Couples Photography | Our Photos!

Recently, my partner-in-crime and I had the great privilege of being photographed by one of Seattle’s outstanding wedding and portrait photographers, Alex of Alexandra Knight Photography. We wanted to bring our two dogs along, which was an idea that Alex was instantly on board with and pretty excited about as well! We met her at Discover Park, and I think all of us felt so lucky that the clouds opened up about 30 minutes before our shoot to reveal a beautiful late Spring Day.

One thing that makes Alex’s photography business stand out amongst the rest of us is that she primarily shoots film. I just love and admire how passionate Alex is about it. She made it a goal awhile back to shoot film on nearly every photo shoot she is involved in and she has been sticking to it!

Alex has such a fantastic array of film cameras in her bag, and I’m not afraid to admit that I’m a little jealous! I have one film camera that I bought awhile back, a Canon 1N, but I think I will look around to add a few more to my camera collection in the near future.

Below are some of my favorite shots from our little shoot with Alex. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. If you’re interested in seeing more of Alex’s work, check out her blog and while you’re at it, become a fan on Facebook. 🙂
